Kondolf Construction was started in 1950 by Larry Kondolf shortly after he returned from serving in WWII. He founded the company based on the philosophy of providing fine work at a fair price. His mastery of “old world” German craftsmanship, learned from his father, quickly earned him a reputation in the Rochester area. As his business grew, he brought on his son, Dave, and eventually his grandson, Paul, who now personally supervise every job and run all aspects of the business.
